Jeff Garlin has left the ABC hit series The Goldbergs while the series was in post-production for its season 9.

Comedian Jeff Garlin is an actor known for his role as Murray Goldberg in the ABC sitcom The Goldbergs. He is also known for being on the HBO sitcom Curb Your Enthusiasm.

He is currently in the limelight as people have known he has left the show The Godbergs, and instead of killing his character, the show is using CGI to make him alive with the help of a stand-in.

Jeff Garlin is an American comedian who has made an impact on the audience with his role as the loving and intimidating dad on the Goldberg, but he has left the show in 2021.

His departure came in amidst the post-production of season 9. So, the writers didn’t kill off his character nor changed the original format of the show having Jeff on it.

Due to this, he is seen on season 9 of the show, and it was all possible due to the use of CGI, body doubles, and stand-in, but many of the viewers of the show didn’t like the CGI Jeff on the show.

People felt that this might be the last season of the show as Jeff has exited from the show, while some believed that they might right spin-off related to Adam.

Why Did Jeff Garlin Leave ‘The Goldbergs’?

Jeff Garlin left the ABC sitcom, The Goldbergs in December 2021. There was a mutual agreement regarding Jeff leaving the show.

The reason for his departure is regarded as the multiple complaints that came into the Human Resource Department regarding his multiple misconduct allegations.

His pattern of verbal and physical conduct on set made people uncomfortable, and HR came into his home regarding it for three years, but it didn’t feel off for him, but he regarded it as his silliness.

Is Jeff Garlin Sick?

Jeff Garlin is not sick, although he had gone through a major weight loss in season 9 of the show. People noticed the change and found him skinny from his previous physique and thought that he might have some health problems.

But the actor has not addressed any health issues lately or released any public announcement of any disease. So, he is healthy and is working on the movie Babylon which is under post-production.
